Offshore Canyon Fishing Adventures

Charter Boat Fishing Trips in Ocean City, MD

Our offshore charter boat fishing excursions take up to 6 anglers sportfishing offshore and canyons to target large pelagic fish. Captain Ken and the Oppor-Tuna-Ty crew have been fishing these waters for over 40 years and consistently win awards for their ability to boat and or release large gamefish.

You can expect to be on the water 12 hours, and target a wide array of fish including Tuna, Marlin, Wahoo, and Mahi. Cameras are a must as most days we see various types of Whales, Porpoise, Turtles, and Sharks.

OCMD Fishing Guide By Season

Springtime Offshore Canyon Fishing, OCMD

Early Spring is a beautiful time in Ocean City, MD.  We’ll troll and/or chunk for seasonal gamefish while heading out to the Lumps or the Canyons, where we’ll target Sharks, Billfish, and Bluefin/Yellowfin/Big-Eye Tuna.

Summer Offshore Canyon Fishing, OCMD

During the Summer, in Ocean City, we will experience a migration of many types of large pelagic gamefish that come up north to the cooler waters of the Atlantic Northeast. Ocean City Maryland is the White Marlin Capital of the WORLD! We will fish for White Marlin in addition to the famed Blue Marlin which can reach sizes of over 1000 lbs. In addition to these large gamefish, we will also target Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, and several species of Tuna. However, the ocean is big – there’s no telling what we’ll pull in on the line!

Fall Offshore Canyon Fishing, OCMD

Tuna will migrate south for the Winter and it can be a pretty hot bite during the Fall. We venture out towards the Canyons where Mahi and Marlin are eating their fill as the seasons change.

Where are we located?

We’re located at the Fishermans Marina in West Ocean between the Marlin Club and Crab Alley in West Ocean City, MD. We are out of the Inlet and in the Ocean in no time. Click here for directions >
